Ball Equipment locations (Richmond & Sandusky, MI) are OPEN for business to support all of your Lawn & Powersports needs, from Sales, Service & Parts providing that experience you want and expect from your local, family run dealership. 

SANDUSKY & RICHMOND Location Update: Both Showrooms are now OPENED to the public. We will be making efforts to ensure all of our employees and customers are safe. Face coverings are required to enter the indoor showroom, a requirement of the Governor's newest orders while we continue practicing safe distancing. However if you would still prefer an open air environment, we are happy to assist with no contact Curbside Pick-Up and Delivery. Please be patient and call ahead as we are experiecing high volumes of calls and traffic. We want to ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manor and will follow the the same procedures below.

CURBSIDE SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:


SERVICE Inquiries

1. Call and press (5) to speak with a Service Representative prior to arriving to have a work order written up for your machine.
2. To ensure saftey of our staff and customers, you are able to drop off equipment without contact. If you need assistance loading/unloading, please call us.

PARTS Inquiries

1. Call/Text us and press (4) to speak with a Parts Representative prior to arriving. We can offer one of two options to maintain the saftey or our staff and customers.
- OPTION 1: We can offer shipping right to your home within 2-3 business days for in-stock parts/accessories.
- OPTION 2: Store Parking Lot Curbside Pick-Up (our team will have your parts ready and packaged to go)

SALES Inquiries

1. Call/Text us and press (3) or Email us through www.BallEquipment.com to speak with a Sales Representative.
2. Utilize our website to look at interested equipment and our sales support will be able to answer any questions and assist with the purchase of new equipment virtually.
3. We are constantly changing and rearranging equipment and off-road vehicles outside of our building. You are welcome to browse our selection while speaking with our virtual teams for any assistance. FINANCING is available on our website!
4. Delivery of New Equipment Sales is available, contact us for more details. New Equipment can be Picked-Up with zero contact!
